Washington state resort and Seattle favourite, Crystal Mountain, are by passing ticket window lines and going straight to Amazon this winter as they partner with the e-tailing giant to offer passes to the  masses.

Crystal Mountain is the first ski resort to officially sell lift passes on Amazon with Amazon Prime members getting faster access with tickets delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Voila, no ticket window line.

“This new initiative is intended to develop an entirely new and untraditional way to offer customers convenience, value and speed through the ticket purchase experience, said Adam Sutner, Crystal Mountain’s Vice President of Business Development in a Komo News article this week.

“We’re proud to be the first resort to embark on this venture – as a Seattle-area enterprise partnering with Amazon is especially rewarding. Our customers and their experience were at the heart of our thinking in bringing this to market.”

If you’re keen to take up the Amazon offers then there are two packages. You can purchase  a five pack of tickets that can be used at any time for US$399 or you can score yourself mid week three pack lift passes for US$199.
