The ski area is near the city of Pittsfield and has produced five US Olympic downhill skiers. Heidi Voelker and Kim and Krista Schmidigner all grew up skiing here. Purchasers can expect 155 acres of land, multiple buildings and a local ski area with snow making and night skiing.

The ski resort features 21 trails with five lifts and a mix of terrain including 34% beginner, 33% intermediate and 33% advanced.

It’s not a huge resort, it’s more boutique ma and pa than big city lights. The vertical is a mere 230 metres but the snow making ensures consistent snow throughout the season.
