She's visited all seven continents, trekked to Everest Base Camp in Nepal, stood on top of the United Kingdom at Ben Nevis, SCUBA dived through beautiful coral gardens in the Cook Islands, hiked 26km for a milkshake in Switzerland, skied glorious fresh powder in Japan and taken a 19-hour train trip across northern India in 49°C heat.
