This free event features snow travel experts from over 70 resorts across the globe – including Japan, Canada, North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and China – alongside experts from airlines, snow travel specialists, heli ski operations and more.

Here’s your three-step-guide to planning your next ski holiday with your trip to the Snow Travel Expo.

1. Register for your FREE ticket

First up, get clicking and register for your free ticket to the expo. Do it ahead of the day so you can stroll right on in when you get there – because it’s all very exciting when you’re there and you won’t want to delay your entry.

Melbournites, the show is coming your way from 9am to 4pm on Sunday May 19, at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre in Southbank. Just look for Door 10 once you get there.

For Sydneysiders, your turn is on Sunday May 26. And you’ll be heading to the ICC Sydney in Darling Harbour, Hall 7.

2. Get exploring

As soon as you enter, you can choose your own adventure. Follow the flags and the signs to talk to representatives from the ski resorts on your bucket list. Or stop by the snow travel specialists to suss out the best deals available on expo day and gather inspiration from there.

Don’t forget to stop by the Ikon Pass Après Lounge to grab a glass of champagne and understand more about the destinations the pass unlocks – you may get even more ideas over a cheeky drink or two. Or head to the Colorado Mile High Ski Bar & Photo Booth for a souvenir pic and another tipple.

We hear there are even Saint Bernard dogs hanging out for another photo opportunity, oh and to tempt you to go to Switzerland…

3. Listen to the presentations

Can’t quite decide what destination is top of the list? The experts may be able to convince you one way or the other. There’s a full line-up of experts sharing presentations each day from 9am through to 4pm, giving their personal insights into their destinations and adventures; from the best powder patches in Utah to the ultimate places to ski in Japan, and so much more.
