David Morris is selling himself for brain cancer.

Yes, that’s right, if you have the cash then he will not only ski with you but sit down for lunch with you too.

And all that cash you hand over, well, that goes to research to find a cure for the biggest cancer killer of children in Australia, brain cancer. It is also the biggest cancer killer of Australian adults under thirty nine and takes way too many of us in the prime of our lives.

Neurosurgeon Charlie Teo founded the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation in 2001 (originally called Cure For Life Foundation) and the annual gala ball for the foundation has been going for twelve years. This year the ball features David Campbell and Jimmy Barnes and the theme is Mad Hatters.

Sadly for you the ball is sold out. But the good news is you won’t miss out on this Major Auction prize as the foundation has opened up phone bidding to those not able to attend the ball.

So here’s the deal. If you are the winning bidder then you and your friend will fly from Sydney to Melbourne where you’ll pick up a Volvo XC60 for the long weekend in June for a smooth ride to Mt Buller.

Once there you’ll bed down in some swanky accommodation for three nights and receive lift passes for two. Then if the snow allows you’ll get some turns in with Mr Morris himself before lunch for a first hand account of his Olympic glory when you can ask as many questions as you like.

David is just one of eleven major auction prizes up for grabs. You could be surfing Snapper Rocks with Parko, supping vino with Sam Neill, meeting Billy Joel backstage in New York City and hanging in the audience of Ellen DeGeneres.
