How Australian skiers & boarders can help the homeless

The XTM Heat the Homeless Initiative allows Australians to donate their old ski and snowboard jackets to keep the homeless warm this winter.

On any given night one in two hundred Australians are homeless. You can help them get through winter with the XMT Heat the Homeless initiative.

As their website states:

“We’ve all got some old ski and snowboard jackets in our closets, our aim is to get them out of there and give them a second chance. Our goal is to collect as many of these warm, technical jackets as possible and get them to people where they can make a life changing difference.

The “Heat The Homeless” initiative is designed to support genuine Australians who have found themselves in a less fortunate situation. It is such a big task and we most definitely can’t do it alone so we are calling on as many people as we can to get involved. We will have drop off points located in associated retail stores all over Australia.”
