After dark just got a whole lot better at Falls Creek with the launch of the season-long Festival of Light.

A spectacular series of light installations are featured across Falls Creek pedestrian only village for skiers and snowboarders to explore.

Falls Creek visitors can make their own way around the village and seek out the eight locations and incredible activations, or simply follow the dedicated Festival of Light map.

The trail begins with a light sculpture in Slalom Plaza, paying homage to Falls Creek’s rich 75-year history, and winds its way through the village, past an interactive staircase, all the way up to the Village Bowl where, on Thursday nights, the trail concludes with Falls Creek’s famous Fireworks Fiesta.

On Wednesday and Saturday nights, visitors can begin their journey with some laps of Wombat’s Ramble as part of Falls Creek’s famous Night Skiing, before exploring the different locations on their way back to their lodge.

Falls Creek’s Festival of Light is officially launching today and will run all season until Sunday October 2nd.
