Executive Chef Kevin Humphreys has been named best Executive Chef in Jackson Hole for seven years by the local community. You’ll find him behind the stove at Spur at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa. Chef Humphreys has created a menu inspired by seasonal and local flavours served up with a shared plate mentality from black canyon ranch elk chop with scalloped sweet potatoes, chard and blackberry ginger sauce to organic grass fed Wyoming beef ribeye with white cheddar potato puree, asparagus and smoked onion demi.
