What are you looking forward to the most this 2017 southern season?

Cardrona alpine resort hosting the Audi Winter Games events when the world’s best compete across snowsports disciplines.

Best coffee

Everywhere in Wanaka makes good coffee. I have a couple go too. I love Federal Diner and Urban Grind.

Best breakfast

Urban Grind.

Best apres

I enjoy Waterbar as it has great views of the lake.

Best fancy dining

Bistro Gentil. it’s modern french cuisine with 24 different wines for tasting.

Favourite event of the season

The North Face Frontier. It brings so many good people together in the industry skiing and snowboarding.

Favourite local character

Crazy Carol up at Cardrona.

Best boot fitter or ski/snowboard tune

The Waxroom! My husband (Chris aka CUZZY) tunes for the New Zealand Olympic team and has his shop located in Wanaka upstairs Spencer house mall. He is renowned for the best tunes in town. Check it out!

Best home town memory

Getting Married at the Barn Pinch Farm.

Arcadia chutes to Falcons chutes when it’s on at Cardrona.
