The Australian Olympic Committee revealed this evening that the member of the Australian Olympic Team, who earlier tested positive for Covid via a PCR test on arrival to Beijing, has now returned a negative test.
As per Beijing process, the Team member went into isolation after the airport positive test and was required to take another test this morning. This test has returned negative.
There is one more required test on Monday morning, which if negative will ensure the Team member return to their routine at the Beijing games.
