Who is NISADE?

NISADE, Niseko.

NISADE is an accommodation, real estate and development company established in Niseko since 2005 and boasts hotels, chalets and lodges in Niseko, Rusutsu and Furano. There’s not much they can’t do from holiday logistics, to finding guests the best powder stash on the mountain.

It’s no wonder NISADE guests return time and time again from around the world so you can expect to be hosting Europeans, Thai, Malaysians, Korean, Chinese, Singaporeans for a true multi-cultural experience and of course Aussie and North American powder hounds. What you get when you join the NISADE community

A fun, progressive work environment.

Full support with Japanese documents, paperwork, translations, medical,- if you’re sick or injured NISADE will take care of you and provide support services, so there’s no need to worry.

Expect an above average salary (AUD$2500 – $3100 per month) on a rotating roster with at least two days off per week for some serious shredding.

A AUD$300 lift pass allowance, $520 flight rebate and support with either a working holiday or sponsored visa.

What seasonal roles are available

This season the crew at NISADE are seeking applicants for guest services, front desk, marketing and social media, videographers, graphic designers, web developers, reservations, night auditors, housekeeping, shuttle bus drivers, chef de partie, snow clearers and other roles.

What rear round roles are available

Looking to make a more permanent move? Then NISADE is calling for applications for year round roles in marketing, reservations, administration, maintenance and project management (property development and real estate). 

What experience and skills do you need

Good news – even if you have never worked in a ski resort or guest services role, if you have good character and are willing to learn, work hard and deliver the goods, you’re a good chance to join the NISADE team.

You must have good character and a desire to deliver a memorable experience to guests, yourself and fellow staff. The crew at NISADE also value hard work, punctuality, reliability and dedication and support creativity.

You’ll need to be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa, although Sponsored Visas are also available for those over 31 with relevant skills, experience and education.

Which resort do I choose?

With three NISADE properties on offer at three different locations, there’s a property with your working name on it.
Love big powder, ease of access, nightlife, social life and contemporary village facilities? Choose Niseko.
Just here for the Japow? Want to ride the best resort terrain in Hokkaido? Not much of a partier? Choose Rusutsu (45 minutes from Niseko should you need a cheeky night out).
Want an authentic Japanese experience in a laid back town with backcountry off piste terrain? Furano boasts both a traditional Japanese ski resort and is close to the major city of Asahikawa.
