Singapore’s famous Wolf Burger food truck to launch in Niseko

All your burger dreams just came true in Japan this season. Singapore’s gourmet burger brand Wolf Burgers are launching a food truck operation in Niseko on December 5.

It’s enough to make you drink too many cocktails just to soak them up with brioche burger buns road side in Hirafu. Where? Between Seiko Mart and the Main Bus Stop.

Expect all the usual including the signature Wolf Burger which is Wolf’s take on the classic cheeseburger and also the Magic Mushroom Burger – featuring Wolf’s signature home ground beef patty topped with sautèed mushrooms and onions.

The menu will also feature limited edition items specific to Niseko. The Umami Unagi features homemade rice burger buns with locally sourced grilled Unagi Eel. Get in my belly, now.

Then there’s the Krispy Katsu Kutlet burger perfectly breaded and fried locally sourced pork loin cutlet with Wolf Burger’s secret homemade Tonkatsu Sauce and local vegetables.

Not into burgers? Never fear. Try the Alpha Dogs – Wolf’s take on gourmet hotdogs with artisanal sausages, diced onions and salsa or the all new Wasabi Seaweed Fries.
