Scoot relaunch flights from Singapore to Japan’s powder capital Hokkaido

Scoot has launched ticket sales of flights to Hokkaido from Singapore and we’re taking that as a positive sign for the Japan ski season ahead.

While the country is still closed to independent tourists, hopes are that border restrictions will soon lift.

Singapore Airlines budget airline, Scoot, will fly nonstop seasonal flights from Singapore to the powder capital of Japan, Hokkaido, from November 2022 to February 2023.

Scoot will also resume year round flights to Hokkaido via Taipei alongside Singapore to Tokyo and Singapore to Osaka with the resumption of all pre-pandemic Japan destinations.

Tickets start from S$379 (AUD$383).

Aussie skiers and snowboarders can fly from Sydney with Scoot to Singapore and transit or stopover before heading to Sapporo.
